At Kreations by KK, every piece is crafted with love, care, and creativity. Because most of our items are made-to-order or one-of-a-kind, we strive to be as transparent as possible about returns and refunds.

🛍️ All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our creations, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions, sizes, and colors carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before buying, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

✅ Order Issues or Damaged Items

We want you to be in love with your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the situation and, if eligible, provide a replacement or partial refund.

💌 Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of your order being placed. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
