🕒 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within three business days after we receive payment confirmation. Please note, confirmation from our payment processor may take a few hours or up to a full day, depending on your payment method.

🚚 Shipping Methods

We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using standard delivery. If you need your order faster, expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

💰 Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination. We use a fair, standard rate table to ensure you're only charged for what it takes to get your package safely to you.

📬 Delivery Time

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

🌎 International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future!

📦 Missing Package?

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local post office directly. They’re best equipped to help locate your package or assist with filing a claim.
Kreations by KK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery (including porch theft).
